一、 內容
This course is the part II of the three year course Electronics.
In the part II, it will deal with the basics of the analog integrated circuits using Bipolar, MOS and BiCMOS technologies. Following topics will be covered: Bipolar and MOS transistor models (review); single stage and two stage amplifiers; emitter coupled pairs, source coupled pairs, temperature and supply independent biasing; operational amplifiers (*1); frequency response, feedback concepts, feedback amplifier theory and design; output stages and power amplifiers.
